How quickly does it take you to approve tenants and have a lease signed?

Once a tenant has provided us with all the needed documents…we tell them 24 -48 hours for approval (depends on when the app is sent over for approval).  95% of the leases are signed electronically.  Leases are typically signed way before the move in date.
