We have two staff members you would deal with most frequent. Myself, the office manager who handles the majority of leasing/applications and rent disbursements. Once the property is rented out, Natalie handles the rent collection and maintenance. You will receive emails from both of us once you decide on management.
Fees – Leasing bonus is first month’s rent, 10% management fee on collected rent, no lease up/renewal fee, and you keep the late fee.
300+ doors are under management
We are an area specific property management company. We only manage in areas that we know we can get a quality tenant. We focus on areas that young professional, restaurant industry, and students want to live! I have to say that I probably have the best screening process in town. :
