If you have a vacant rental let us help place a tenant. We work on a non-exclusive basis so there is no commitment or obligation. Its 100% free to list and we only get paid if we are successful and find you a tenant that YOU approve.
If our applicant is not approved then you pay us nothing and we keep looking. If we do find a tenant that you approve of, then our fee is the first months rent. We collect our fee directly from the tenants, so you never have to cut us a check.
