Hallie is native to the Kentucky area, growing up in Carrollton Kentucky. She started her real estate investing journey in 2003 managing creative work spaces for artists and musicians. In 2004, she purchased her first investment property (a duplex) that was fully renovated with sweat equity. In 2005, a second property (commercial bar & venue) was purchased and operated with a small investment group, of which she became sole owner in 2016 then sold in 2018. In 2012, she entered a joint venture to acquire a 100,000 square foot brick industrial warehouse, operating a long-term storage business until her exit in 2016.

Hallie has a background in art, education and urban planning, with graduate degrees from University of Kentucky. In 2020, she transitioned to a full-time career in real estate, serving as the managing partner of FS Houses in Kentucky. Hallie is a licensed Realtor in the State of Kentucky.
