So far in 2014 we have purchased 52 once abandoned properties from the city. Each property will be (or already has been) matched up with the appropriate investor(s) to undergo a complete renovation. Once the renovation is completed we will be offering the properties for sale to the general public. With FS Houses the pricing is always very fair and affordable. If the property doesn’t sell in a reasonable amount of time then we will offer the home for lease. It’s a very simple business model. We invest in houses. We invest in Communities. We Invest in Indy.
