Breaking a lease?  No, we don’t allow the tenant to break their lease. We do offer (if there is a good reason) the tenant to find a quality tenant (we screen) to move into the unit.  A new one year lease would start, no gap in rent and no leasing bonus…

Absolutely! We even send them youtube videos on how to fix certain things. We try not to waste anyone’s time. Yes, we charge tenants back. Drain clogs are probably the most frequent charge back to tenants.

Our software sends out automatic emails when anything happens…a new lease is signed, payment is made, maintenance requests, etc. If you ever need some type of information from us just reach out!
